A mini UPS, or Uninterruptible Power Supply, is a device that provides a backup power supply for your electronic devices. It’s especially useful for devices that cannot be turned off, such as
Wi-Fi Routers, Modems, Finger print scanner, Smart Door Lock and security cameras etc.
In the event of a power outage, the mini UPS can keep your devices running for several hours. It has two ways of input: 12V DC with an adapter (which is faster) or 5V USB (which is slower)2.
The mini UPS also has multiple smart protections, including short circuit protection, voltage fluctuation protection, overcharge protection, over discharge protection, and temperature protection.
In addition to providing backup power during outages, some mini UPS devices can also function as a normal power bank thanks to their built-in batteries. The model has a built-in 7800mAh battery with an standard USB port.
